Surveying, an essential phase of the work
The new foreign owners of the Grotta Giusti thermal complex launched a tender for surveying services, to which we were invited. The complex includes, in addition to the ancient thermal cave, a 19th-century villa used as a high-end resort, the more modern area for thermal and beauty treatments, and the large thermal pool with spa.
How did we reveal it?

We won the tender thanks to our decades of experience in surveying and our innovative technical proposals and planning approach. Accompanying all surveys with 360° video allows us to document the spaces and provide an essential overview for all professionals working on the complex. This was especially valuable given that the survey was carried out during the lockdown period, when on-site visits were minimized even for other professionals involved in the restoration planning and programming of the complex.
