How did we reveal it?
Virtual reality to support designers and real estate consultants
Creation of a virtual 3D model of the entire project, based on instructions provided by Studio Cobolli Gigli for the residential and commercial sections, architect P. Lucchetta for the historic workshops (“Officine storiche”), and the company One Works for the master plan of the Lips area, arsenal, and Medici pier. Porta Medicea Srl commissioned us to reconstruct the entire complex to produce virtual videos presented at MAPIC Milan 2019, as well as virtual reality headset tours utilized in marketing the residential and commercial properties.
