Survey, indispensable working phase
The new foreign buyers of the Grotta Giusti spa complex have issued a tender for the survey service of the complex to which we were invited. The complex includes, in addition to the thousand-year-old thermal cave, a 19th-century villa used as a high-end resort, the more modern spa and beauty treatment area, and the large thermal pool with the spa.
How did we unveil it?
Advanced support technologies
We won the tender both for our decades of experience in surveying and for our innovative technical and programming proposals for operations. Accompanying all the surveys with 360-degree video allows us to document the sites and have a fundamental overview for the knowledge and support to all the operators who will be going to operate on the complex, especially since the survey was carried out in lockdown time and site visits were kept to a minimum even for the other operators involved in the design and programming of recovery of the complex.
